I just wanted to share a few moments from our family's Easter Sunday this year. :) It was pretty uneventful, but I love my quiet days with my family more than anything...
We didn't make it to church this year unfortunately - we are WAY overdue for some church time!
We did go to visit Avery and my grandmother too, my grandfather even came and met us over there and sat for awhile.
After the cemetary we went over to my grandfather's house and brought food for dinner - Dan did most of the cooking, I made potatoes that took FOREVER to cut up! There's some pics below of Dan's beautiful steak kabobs he made! He also made some ribs and some delicious lettuce wraps!
We got some time to do some Easter egg hunting and Easter egg coloring - I only broke 4 eggs in the water! I think that is a record (on the good side!) - then my mom and Caydan did the coloring and decorating while I took pictures of them. :)
We got the egg coloring kit from the dollar store - and so the egg dipper it came with was flimsy plastic and couldn't hold an egg for anything - so we decided to just let Caydan stick his hands right in the dye and color away...messy, but fun - and he now has tie-dyed fingers. :)
And then the rest of the night was just spent relaxing (and doing laundry!)...it was a good Sunday. :)

Beautiful pics, delicious-looking kabobs - looks like your son had a great time!
I know this was over a year ago, but I said I'd come back. And I'll be back again :)
Blessings!
