Last batch of my favorites from Heather and Doug's engagement session. I love the picture of them standing in front of the pier area with the shops and trees behind them. :)

I admit...I'm behind on my editing...BUT - I love going back through photos after I haven't looked at them for a month because it's like looking at them for the first time with fresh eyes...and I have a whole different appreciation for them. :)

I really like these engagement photos...they're a gorgeous couple and I really like how they turned out...gorgeous location, and they were just so easy to work with. :)

I had a shoot this evening with a fantastic couple...they are both super sweet and so affectionate with each other. You can really see the love between them through the camera....

I also have to say that I am ecstatic that they were both completely willing to pose just about anywhere...including LAYING in the planters next to the hotel while hotel guests on their patios above watched and giggled and made light hearted jokes....they played along and conversated with the guests and didn't look uneasy in the least bit....

As I always say, if you're willing to do some crazy things for a picture, it'll pay off in the end. :)

I also love that many of the places we shot at today had sentimental value to them - the location where they were engaged at, first date spot, and many others...they did a lot to direct the flow of the session and in the end I know the pictures will mean that much more to them. :)
