Pamela (continued)

I was looking forward to finishing the editing on this session...I love this style of photography and would love to do more like this. I love beauty and art, and so fashion and beauty portraits are my favorite style of photographing. It was definitely the cherry on top that Pamela had some modeling knowledge in her background, so she struck those poses something fierce! (lol I'm a big America's Next Top Model fan and love the "fierce" description!).

I think my favorite out of all of these is probably the one with Pamela's back to the camera standing at the tree, looking out over the ocean....love it. :) What's your favorite???? I'd love to know! :)

Jenni and Family (continued)

This family was so fun to work with and the kids were just absolute angels...seriously they were! They're all beautiful, and so of course the pictures are going to be beautiful regardless of what I do to them. :) Even with the wind beating us all down, they were all troopers and put up with the cold and windy hilltop to get some gorgeous pictures...you can't tell from the pics, but I remember those shivering lips from the littlest one. :)

Jenni and Family

I worked with a fantastic family this evening which consisted of some of the best kids I've ever worked with. Younger kids don't always have the same enthusiasm for taking family photos as their parents usually do....so when I work with kids who are so well behaved and full of smiles for the camera, I'm very impressed. :)

Our main obstacle for this shoot was the wind...it's usually a little windy in this location anyways, but there were some mean clouds coming in over the water carried by what I would call hurricane-like winds (even though I'm sure it's nowhere near a hurricane....but more what Southern Californians would call a hurricane) :)..........and it was cold....but everyone held up really well and did a fantastic job. :) :)

Here's a little sneak at the session:
