Adorable :)

I had a fun shoot this evening - with 8 kids! Definitely the most kids I've ever shot at one time...quite the experience, but tons of fun. :) It was a great group of kids to take pictures of for my first time with this big of a group - that were all extremely well behaved and had tons of smiles for the pictures.
The three older kids were a huge help and were all so handsome and beautiful...they were great with the little ones and made the whole process that much better. :)

Here's my favorites from today's shoot - thank you all for your help in setting these pictures and making this a great experience :)

Vicki and Family

I had a super fun photoshoot with an extremely sweet family. This family has 3 beautiful little girls who are the epitome of photogenic. Their mother had forewarned me about the middle child being on the serious side and said that she would probably take a while to warm up....well the second I pulled out the camera, she was all smiles - she gave me some of the cutest funny faces as well as the most beautiful smiles throughout the shoot.
The oldest was extremely helpful in making sure that the younger one was where she should be and looked adorable through it all.
And the youngest, the baby, was all smiles and babbling away....so cute and so much fun!
Here's a few of my favorites..I'll post more as soon as I can get through my workload that is piling up quickly!! :)

Easter Sunday 2009

I just wanted to share a few moments from our family's Easter Sunday this year. :) It was pretty uneventful, but I love my quiet days with my family more than anything...

We didn't make it to church this year unfortunately - we are WAY overdue for some church time!
We did go to visit Avery and my grandmother too, my grandfather even came and met us over there and sat for awhile.
After the cemetary we went over to my grandfather's house and brought food for dinner - Dan did most of the cooking, I made potatoes that took FOREVER to cut up! There's some pics below of Dan's beautiful steak kabobs he made! He also made some ribs and some delicious lettuce wraps!
We got some time to do some Easter egg hunting and Easter egg coloring - I only broke 4 eggs in the water! I think that is a record (on the good side!) - then my mom and Caydan did the coloring and decorating while I took pictures of them. :)
We got the egg coloring kit from the dollar store - and so the egg dipper it came with was flimsy plastic and couldn't hold an egg for anything - so we decided to just let Caydan stick his hands right in the dye and color away...messy, but fun - and he now has tie-dyed fingers. :)
And then the rest of the night was just spent relaxing (and doing laundry!)...it was a good Sunday. :)

Amanda

I had a super fun shoot today with a beautiful little girl who aspires to be a dancer and actor - and now I think a model as well! :)
We did the shoot so she could get some headshots as well as comp card/zed card shots so all the casting agents out there could see how adorable she is...and this little girl has the best wardrobe and accessory selection I've seen to date!
I went over to their house, helped pick out some awesome clothes from her selections - and then everytime she came downstairs with a new outfit on, she had a different accessory or different shoes on to match! Very coordinated young lady. :)
Plus she wanted to show off all her dance moves - she does an excellent split (is that how you say it??) - I couldn't even attempt that if my life depended on it! Oh - to be young again. :)

Here's a few pics from our shoot - we got tons of good ones, but I think these are my favorites. :)
Enjoy!
