Jeanne and Johnny's Wedding

I shot a very quick, informal wedding this morning and I'm loving the pictures! This couple is so obviously in love and you can see it clearly in their pictures....I see two free-spirited people who were just ecstatic to be tying the knot. And I love even more that they and their family had the idea to get two nearby beach police to handcuff them together for pictures. :) :) And we also took some silly family pictures as well...those are always fun!

Beautiful

I photographed an absolutely beautiful family this evening. Beautiful people make taking pictures so much easier. :):) They also had this gorgeous staircase that had perfect lighting...and a fun little man that wanted me to keep walking up and down the stairs with him - which I was much obliged to do...my diet thanks him as that was my exercise for the day! :)

Below are more pictures from this fabulous shoot....I absolutely love long hair, and when it's long, gorgeous, auburn hair on a little girl - I am just in awe.....it's beautiful! I love the picture where her hair is flying all over and she's standing in front of her parents - her hair has a life of its own. :) :)

Finally got back to these pictures of this fantastic graduate, his aunt, brother, and little cousin!! :) I know his proud aunt has been patiently waiting for these for awhile now!! :)

I love the picture of him and his brother messing around...a very natural in-their-own-realm type of picture. :) :)

I LOVE these types of shoots....ever since I was young I always loved to look through magazine ads at all the beautiful clothing and makeup advertisements with the beautiful models...my eye has always been drawn to images and photographs and moreso to the ones with people and beauty...I'm not a big scenic/landscape type lover....yea - the mountains are gorgeous, the trees are beautiful, blah blah blah....but it all looks the same to me...........with people there's a central focus (which goes with my contemporary art preference) and the clothes, makeup, hair, shoes, everything, is what makes my imagination soar. :) :) :) I want to make people look beautiful. :) :)

So I did a shoot this morning with the fantastic Pamela....she had some modeling experience underneath her so she was an absolute natural with posing and her angles and took direction very easily and accurately....makes my job that much easier and the photos that much better!!

Here's a sneak peek...I love the outfits and the colors and I'm super excited to add these to my portfolio! :) I can't wait for my next modeling session (which I don't have any more scheduled currently ::ahem!!::) :)
